This London based leading Consultancy are looking to for an IT M&A Manager to join their leading practice. The team deliver pre and post deal advisory services at all stages of the transaction chain for both private equity and corporate clients and across a range of private equity transactions e.g. LBO's, MBO's,IPO's and trade M&A's.
As a Manageror Senior manager you will take the lead roles on major IT assignments that include due diligence, transition planning and post deal support for the integration or carve-out of the business.
Who we're looking for
You will have a strong background of management within the IT advisory area including both technical and commercial experience. The ability to communicate complex or technical issues effectively is essential.
Prior experience of transactions and the ability to lead a wide range of engagements with often short timeframes is essential nut specific M&A experience is not essential (although is preferred). However you will have experience in at least one of these areas.
• IT Strategy & Performance Optimisation
• Application selection and assessment
• IT investment appraisal and cost management
• IT separation and / or integration
• Management reporting and business enhancement
You will lead IT Due Diligence assignments including identifying key risks and issues for IT in the target business, examining the extent to which the business' competitive advantage is supported by IT and highlighting opportunities for IT to enhance business performance.
You would also look at issues surrounding the separation of a target business and supporting the negotiation of transition services agreements as well as the planning and management of the transition.
You will have strong networking skills, be able to identify sales opportunities and build long lasting relationships with clients.
