Continuous Improvement Coach

As a Continuous Improvement Coach you will fully support the development, implementation and growth of a continuous improvement culture that will deliver and sustain long term efficiency improvements. Working closely with other continuous improvement and specialist coaches you will mentor and coach management, , shop floor teams, team leaders, health & safety and specific project groups.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate must demonstrate proven leadership skills, be a team player, have strong interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of driving results. Ideally you will have a background using continuous improvement tools such as value stream mapping, workplace organisation (5S) SMED and other quantitative tools. You must have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. You must also have the ability to build relationships with shop floor teams, team leaders and their managers within works areas.
