As the Interim Human Resources Manager, you will be based in Manchester but take responsibility for the organisation's Liverpool and Leeds offices. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for a team of three and day to day activities will include supporting the local and firm wide delivery of talent and HR initiatives; Providing advice and guidance to line management on people issues; Identify and mitigate risk; Advising on the appropriate use of capability, disciplinary and grievance process; Manage annual performance management cycle; Manage the annual salary and promotion review; Manage/ provide support on HR projects; Analyse MI to identify key performance indicators, trends etc and coaching and developing team members who are based in different locations.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR generalist who has operated previously at Manager level. You will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build, maintain and develop relationships with senior partners and clients. You must be able to work well under pressure and deal effectively and establish rapport with employees at all levels.
