Engineering Team Leader

As a Engineering Team Leader you will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring customer maintenance, process improvements and system requirements are managed in line with both customer schedules and the Engineering Operations plan.
- Accountable for standards of work, customer service and overall effectiveness of local resources in accordance with service level agreements.
- Providing technical expertise for the installation, operation, maintenance and statutory inspection of pressure, water purification, compressed air and drainage systems.
- Responsible for effective breakdown response and ensuring system and process failures are investigated and resolved to ensure the root cause is identified and corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintenance of documentation and records for statutory and planned maintenance as required by bodies such as HSE, FDA and MHRA.
Who we're looking for
- City & Guilds qualification in a maintenance-related subject. Multi-skilled capabilities would be advantageous.
- Experience of working within a utility maintenance services environment
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of Health & Safety/Environmental best practice in an engineering environment
- Experience of managing a team of multi-skilled technicians, undertaking installation, maintenance, repair and process improvement activities
- A sound engineering background within an engineering maintenance function.
