Our Investment Banking client is looking for a Strategy & Planning Manager to help lead them through a period of growth and change. Growth in the current market requires greater analysis, review and direction. This will be a challenging environment as the business comes to terms with a greater appreciation of strategy, planning and governance. Our client is looking for a proven Investment Banking strategist to join their London office and work with senior management on the following:
• Strategic plans- mid term and annual
• Tactical work i.e. M&A assessment
• Strategic review of businesses and markets
• New business initiatives- i.e. interfacebetween the business and senior stakeholders to ensure innovation is identified and delivered.
• Business analytics- strategic resources and delivered to the right stakeholders at then right time.
• New product development

Who we're looking for
The successful Strategy & Planning Director will:
• Proven Investment Banking knowledge is ESSENTIAL
• Strategy experience either in house or with a Strategy House / Management Consultancy.
• Ability to work in a challenging environment.
• Highly analytical and numerate i.e. modelling
• Senior stakeholder management ideally CxO level
• Strong academics
