As the HR Manager you will be in a standalone capacity providing both the complete operational and strategic function to a client base of around 70. The organisation is rapidly expanding and so you will be involved in TUPE's as well as a number of bespoke change projects. Due to the small client base you will be expected to develop strong relationships at all levels. Day to day tasks will vary but you will be expected to deal with recruitment, L&D, ER and bespoke project issues at any given time. Payroll is not a part of the role but you will be expected to provide the payroll function with the relevant data. Based in South West London.

The right candidate will have
• Their CIPD Qualification
• Knowledge of working in small organisations
• Strong generalist experience.

What's on offer
Between £32,000 and £34,000 plus benefits depending on salary.
