The role as a General Manager is to over see the running of the site. You will be responsible for a large turn over and head count.
Your remit will be to provide an excellent customer service and offer the best possible staff product knowledge available.
Who we're looking for
Ideal skills for the General Manager role are:-
• Experience of Garden Centre Management
• Experience of working in large shed environment
• The ability to drive sales and increase average spend per customer
About our client
My client is an Independent Garden Centre Retail company. The have seven sites across the North West region.
What's on offer
