Our client, based in Surrey is searching for an Interim Recruiter to complete the following duties:
• Work with the HR Generalist and hiring manager to develop recruitment and selection plans.
• To build close working relationship with hiring managers by developing a good understanding of the business and culture.
• Conduct competency based interviews.
Who we're looking for
The successful Interim Recruiter will require the following skill set:
• Experience of volume recruitment. 30-40 roles.
• An ability to communicate well with all levels.
• Experience of conducting competency based interviews
• Strong influencing skills.
• A corporate/financial services background is preferred.
