The role as a Store manager will be to manage your staff to achieve sales targets and customer service levels. As my client is an independent Furniture Retailer they pride themselves on providing an excellent level of service. You will manage your staff and develop them.
You will report directly in to the Area Manager.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:-
• The ideal candidate will have furniture experience
• You will be an existing Store/General Manager
• Ideal candidates will have had exposure of managing a Turn Over of above £5 Million
• Backgrounds that include one to one sales will be included.
About our client
My client is an Independent Furniture Retailer. The have four sites across the North West and Midlands Area.
What's on offer
The basic salary is between £25 - £30k. There is also an annual bonus on offer.
