The organisation is looking for an Infrastructure Site Lead to manage their IT infrastructure operations. This person will be required to cover the following areas:
• Recommend and lead improvements in the service delivery processes.
• Work with the Regional engineering group to ensure design and implementation are managed and carried out to site standards.
• Manage the delivery of site infrastructure.
• Manage individual team member's objectives, appraisals and participate in salary and bonus decisions.
• Provide input on long-term IT strategy.
Who we're looking for
In order to fulfil the responsibilities of this position the ideal candidate should possess demonstrable experience of the following:
• IT strategy and planning
• Delivery of support and service related projects
• Direct accountability for budgets and deadlines
• Experience of defining and agreeing service levels within business units
• Implementation of IT service management best practice within an infrastructure environment
• Delivery or projects through structured project delivery methodologies
• People management within IT infrastructure
