From production through to distribution the FGCTL is responsible for ensuring Health and Safety standards are maintained. This role will be responsible for the efficient control of procedures, processes and staff issues.
•Allocation of product in accordance with customer orders and stock requirements.
•Loading and assembly of all customer and intercompany orders running with trunking times.
•Lead team through assembly and loading duties within the dispatch department.
•Contribution to depot continuous improvement initiatives.
Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will be used to working in FMCG or fast paced environments and will have excellent leadership skills. You will be a good communicator with a strong desire to influence, change and improve. Your previous background is likely to include some unionised people management.The roles are shift based and require individuals that are passionate about operations and keen to progress their career with a market leader.
