The department is a leading global practice providing specialist advice to companies and lawyers who require detailed investigations to be undertaken or disputes to be resolved.
• This means a wide and varied exposure for you to be able to develop and gain further skills in areas such as corporate fraud, money laundering, corruption cases, dispute work - assisting to quantify damages in legal cases, determining dispute over sale and purchase agreements or providing commercial advice; or intellectual property work, whilst working for our highly recognised brand.

Who we're looking for
As Assistant Manager you will:
• Assist clients to investigate alleged breaches of FSA statutory regulations
• Prepare analysis work incorporated into expert witness reports to quantify losses
• Work overseas to investigate allegations of bribery or corruption
• Assist clients to assess and improve their fraud or anti-money laundering risk management

To qualify you must possess:
• Excellent academics and ACA qualification or equivalent experience
• A practice background but looking to grow your career in a more specialist environment
• A logical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Strong numeracy skills with the ability to absorb large amounts of data
• The ability to establish effective working relationships - with a strong client focus
• Effective time management and the aptitude to work to tight deadlines
• The ability to work as part of a team, capable of assuming different roles
• Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
• A second language - although this is not essential
• Due to the nature of the work with wide, often short-notice travel to work in the EU, it is vital you must hold an EU passport.
