Reporting to the CEO you will have accountability for stakeholders across the UK and Europe. You will be accountable for managing 8 direct reports and work closely with senior management.

Who we're looking for
Applicants will be degree educated and CIPD qualified. A European language would be advantageous. You will possess c10 years generalist HR experience in companies that have undergone culture change. In addition evidence of successfully managing and developing others would be beneficial. You will also have evidence of influencing decision making at senior level.
