Regional Trainer

To design and deliver training and development programmes across the distribution group. To work with Directors, Heads of Function and Managers across the business to identify development needs and to source / provide training and development interventions to meet identified needs.

Who we're looking for
?X Demonstrated experience of designing and delivering non-management and Management Development programmes.
?X Strong knowledge of learning and development models and processes
?X Ability to challenge decisions at all levels
?X Self disciplined and motivated.
?X Experience in supporting / delivering change management programmes
?X Excellent influencing and motivational skills
?X Strong coaching skills
?X Ability to quickly establish credibility across all levels of the business
?X Excellent communication and presentation skills.
?X Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
?X Able to travel. Occasional overnight stays will be required.
?X Ability to work effectively individually but also as part of a team
?X A flexible approach to work.
?X Project management skills.
?X Knowledge of current funding streams.
?X Experience in similar or related industries, with a degree and CIPD or equivalent qualifications
