• As a Uk Commercial Accounts Manager based in Bristol you will be tasked with:
• Managing a portfolio of clients and approximately 3 supervisors within three teams
• Assisting with service function for the clients
• Assisting with. cash management
• Managing. payroll and reporting
• Managingmonthly reporting and accounts
• Assisting with. Conference calls and meetings with local and international clients.
• Assisting clients with registration, set up and HR changes
• Managing. any otherAd-Hoc work as required
• Assisting with. compliance with internal procedures
• Ensuring all work is timetabled and controlled to ensure timely delivery within prescribed deadlines
• ManagingQuarterly review of management accounts on a rolling basis
• Ensuring open communication channels with team members through individual meetings and involvement within the team structure
• To cover for any absence of Key supervisory personnel
• Communicating with Head of Department regarding procedural and operational issues in need of improvement. Also, to discuss succession planning, promotions, performance management, etc
• Assisting with internal audit programs to ensure management account operate effectively and with technical quality and competence
Who we're looking for
As a UK Commercial Accounts Manager to be considered for this role you will be:
• ACCA / ACA / CIMA Qualified Candidate
• Have a Financial / Accounting Degree or equivalent
• Have at least 5 years experience in a Financial environment
• Have Excellent communication and multi tasking skills
• Management Experience
