As Deputy General Manager you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager with the running of this multi million pound venue in Birmingham. You will be responsible for all aspects of the hospitality operation through your Heads of Department. You will be comfortable with running a multi million pound venue, delivering five star service.
Who we're looking for
You will be a highly experienced General Manager in your own right or a Deputy General Manager in a very large venue. You will have a proven track record of delivery within contract catering, venue management or bespoke hotels. The successful candidate will be able to deal with a number of revenue streams, multiple accounts, operational hospitality and prestigious events
