Continued growth our client needs local experience and support for their real estateasset management division. Based in London, the position will be responsible for co-ordinating the valuation of existing European properties, maintaining and updating property information on the European assets and will co-ordinate the provision of real estate diligence for all acquisitions.
In order to be successful in this role, individuals must have an extensive knowledge and understanding of the European real estate market, including debt and equity underwriting, ideally having previous exposure to all real estate classes.
