As a growing company our client's social responsibilities towards the community have increased and they have therefore developed Modern Responsibility - their corporate social responsibility initiative.

They are now looking for a Modern Responsibility Coordinator to be based either in their offices in Chiswick. As a Modern Responsibility Coordinator you will take a central role working across all departments in all countries where they are present. The stakeholders are shareholders, employees, society, regulators, suppliers, NGOs and consumers.
Major responsibilities

Develop and ensure the overall Modern Responsibility and CSR strategy is implemented in all countries where our client operates, and facilitate clear and regular communication both internally and externally. You will also be required to accomplish set objectives, report on a quarterly basis and coordinate operations through interaction between all countries and the local CSR representative.

Main duties
• Set targets for each stakeholder group together with the manager
• Report and follow up on targets on a quarterly basis
• Work closely with local management and CSR coordinators to implement targets
• Keep the website and Intranet up-to-date with Modern Responsibility activities
• Market and communicate activities
• Set up marketing and communication plans for the coming year and further ahead

Who we're looking for
• Strong people management and project management skills, and ability to actively see projects through
• Strong strategic marketing skills
• Thorough personality with strong execution skills
• Excellent communication skills with experience of internal and external communication I.e. PR or marketing
• Structured and organised
• Tough and goal orientated
• Motivated with world class drive and ambition
• Preferably an academic background with a relevant degree and any fluent European languages would be an advantage

Our client is an international broadcasting group with its core business in television. They have a huge global presence, including the Baltics & Russia.
