The successful candidate within this Financial Servicesinstitution willcome from a large blue chip organisation with a very strong generalist remit. You will be a focused and driven business manager who understands the commercial part of hr.
This role is ideal for the candidate who likes working within a fast paced and ever-changing environment and someone who enjoyschallenges. The role will work closely with the business so it is essential that the candidate can used his/her relationship skills to obtain buy inand credibility.
• You will be responsible for a small team of 7 with 2direct reports
•You will work very closely with the HR Director and act as his number 2 when he is away
• You will be work closely with regulatory bodies to create and maintain the positive image that this organisation posses
• You will together with the Director of HRset in place strategies around the hr community and drivers that will maintaina competitive edge towards competitors'.
• Implement new policies and procedures surrounding best practise.

Who we're looking for
A successful candidate within this organisation will have;
• Preferably a CIPD membership
• Strong personality and a "can do" attitude
• Good exposure to working with regulatory bodies
• Strong relationship building skills
• Excellent understanding of Financial Servicesand astrong business acumen
• Good commercial view on HR and track record within this.
