Based in London, an Account Director is required to:
• Plan with the client a programme to focus on the client's core proposition, targeting and marketing communications schedule.
• Direct implementation - ultimately responsible for the client's return on investment - you would have a team of Account Executives and other team members working for you on each of your clients, responsible for prospecting, maintaining good data, research etc.
• Develop the client and account, forward looking, predictive business development strategies
• Report to the client via weekly emails, monthly meetings and at other times as necessary
• Liaise with the Sales & Training Manager and the HR Director on the executive resources assigned to their clients accounts.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for an Account Executive who:
• Understands and can be fully conversant in a new business environment - preferably in a fairly advanced way and with genuine successes to prove it
• Is intelligent, excellent communicator, , has a sound grasp of the nature of agencies and the work they do for their clients - but needn't be an expert
• Is likeable, presentable, affable
• Is a first time / fast learner
• Is a proven risk / initiative taker
• Is cool under pressure
• Must be perceived as a partner and a valued advisor by the clients
• Is massively well-organised, keeps excellent records, writes excellent reports
• Is a leader - can motivate, inspire and enthuse clients
• Can do face to face with confidence and gravitas - makes the right impression
• Can truly take on responsibility
