Our client's Commercial Disputes lawyers handle disputes and investigations covering the entire spectrum of business disputes including antitrust/competition law, banking and financial services law, complex tort, class actions and group litigation, media and advertising law, fraud and asset tracing,IT and technology disputes,product liability, professional negligence, property disputes and enforcement, regulatory investigation.
Our client has along track record in advising and representing clients involved in complex cross-border business disputes. Our client acts for parties located all around the world and if a dispute involves foreign law input, our client works with its network of highly respected foreign law firms, with whom they have long established relationships.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate has strong academics and possess communication skills. Experience of advising on fraud, financial services, contractual matters or arbitration would be an advantage.
