This role is to provide generalist support to Managers in various business areas to allow them to deliver the people agenda consistently throughout the business. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner for the North Region to deliver the HR objectives and provide advice and guidance on all HR issues inc; all aspects of employee relations inc absence management and disciplinary and grievance.

Who we're looking for
You will have previous experience in a fast pace environment and be confident in dealing with Employee Related issues. You will have worked in a Unionised environment and will be confident in dealing with TUPE and redundancy. You will be commercially aware and able to work at all levels. You will will be an excellent communicator and be able to challenge where appropriate. You will be outgoing and self motivated.
