Niche Construction practice are looking Construction Lawyer to work on non contentious matters. Matters will involve working with with JCT Suite of Contracts, warranties, appointments and bespoke forms of appointment. You will also be capable of negotiating and drafting provisions in such documents and aware of the different transactions for different participants in the construction industry.

Who we're looking for
Must have experience of working on non contentious construction matter.
