This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial and driven Quantity Surveyor to work for a specialist office fit out contractor as Contracts manager. The reason why we are looking for a quantity surveyor is due to the contracts manager for this role having full P&L responsibility. You will not be looking after the commercial aspects of the role but you will have full operational responsibility. As contract manager you will be managing a portfolio of contracts that are worth in excess of 10 million with your involvement starting at bid stage all the way to handover.
Who we're looking for
The Ideal candidate will possess the following
• Experience of managing contracts with the commercial office fit out sector
• Experience of managing P&L accounts
• Experience of bids and tenders
• Operational experience is required but it isn't essential

What's on offer
£62,000 - £65,000 + 9,000 Car + Bonus 3% of GP for every project completed
