• Ensure plans are delivered in a manner which enhances and maintains the company's name and reputation for quality, and to ensure that the procedures identified in both the health and safety policy and quality manual are fully implemented.
• Manage the completion of plans within programmed time and that client expectations are met
• Ensure profitable execution of work
• Represent the company in dealing with clients or their agents, external and internal customer's and professional staff in a manner that enhances the companies reputation.
Who we're looking for
Key Planning Activities.
• Create detailed project plans to cove the complete lifecycle of a project to include a full scope of services, organisations and planning and scheduling requirements
• Ensure that all plans are fully resources and cost loaded and completed on time
• Monitor progress to the plan and make changes as required
• Develop recovery programmes and contingency plans in order to meet changed objectives
• Report on a regular basis on actual performance and variance against plan and forecast outcomes
• Communicate and disseminate planning information to the project team,
• clearly defining the status of the planning process at each stage
• Monitor planning information flow
• Be involved in the production of bids when required
• Carry out presentations when required
• Arrange, chair and be responsible for minutes of planning team meetings
• Assist with the resolution of interface problems
• Represent the company as and when required and uphold the corporate image
• Identify and plan your individual development activities
• Co-operate with other members of the planning team to improve the general level of the planning service provision
