Our client urgently seeks an English qualified corporate/finance tax solicitor to join their quickly expanding team.The team offers tax advice across the range of corporate and financing transactions. As well as providing tax advice within particular jurisdictions, our client's tax group has considerable experience in strategic tax planning and tax implementation issues associated with multi-jurisdictional, cross-border transactions. Its highly effective team is well-respected by peers and clients alike and is amongst Legal 500 recommended corporate/finance tax practices.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate boasts stellar academics and an impressive portfolio of transactions. You are comfortable working with minimal supervision but are equally effective as part of a larger team. You are qualified in the UK and will have trained at either a top UK or US firm.
