Provide first class proactive contract management services to the residential care division and take responsibility for ensuring the operations managers effectively manage all contractual matters.

Who we're looking for
Strong self-starter preferably with a law degree and a substantial amount of solid commercial working knowledge.

You need:

• The ability to hit the ground running

• Confident, excellent communication and negotiation skills but with the ability to be compassionate

• Ability to examine and set out complex legal matters in layman's terms

• Solid understanding of general law and a variety of legal agreements

• Commercially astute - ability to understand commercial implications and risks

• A proven track record of achieving, instigating and delivering improvements within the scope of your role
