To focus on general oil & gas projects and assist with energy projects in the global energy team of this leading US firm.
Who we're looking for
Oil and Gas Experience:
• North Sea licensing regime and Production Sharing Contracts;
• Joint Venture and Unitisation Agreements; Farm-Ins;
• Pipeline Transportation Agreements;
• Gas Sales/ LNG Sales Agreements;
• Crude Oil Lifting and Marketing Agreements;
• Transactional experience: Asset and Share sale and Purchase Agreements; and
• Drilling and Service Agreements: Construction and EPC agreements.
It is recognised that candidates may have experience in some but not all of the above areas and the degree of experience will vary, but a familiarity with the majority of the areas mentioned would be required.
