• Assimilate and recommend next steps regarding the IA research and user feedback to date.
• Summarise the breadth of sites being incorporated within convergence and those remaining external but being branded.
• Review external best practise (across industry).
• Review current analytics and customer insight into citizen needs/demand.
• Derive a user tested IA which is scalable to encompass the Convergence project and other.
• Validate and present to stakeholder group e.g. (Board).
• On approval, lead the IA workstream to re-architect the site incorporating the refreshed Brand guidelines.
• Release by late 2008/early 2009.
• Time/cost estimates.
• Train/upskill key staff members providing permanent skills across the team.

Who we're looking for
• Thorough understanding of user centred interface design principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility issues that affect the ease of implementation from a front-end development perspective.
• Knowledge of user behaviour and the difference user temperament has on interaction.
• Thought leader in UE/IA best practice across industry (Europe and USA).
• Thorough understanding of web delivery life cycle.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

About our client
A Treasury funded centralised team with a brief to brand/integrate 200+ external sites (content, tools & transactions) into a single brand. The programme starts Jan 2008 and ends Dec 2010.
