Our client's Insurance team is a leading adviser to the domestic and growing international insurance sector in Dublin. They provide a full range of corporate and insurance regulatory services for the insurance industry and their services include establishing insurance companies, advising on authorisation and regulation, insurance M&A, reorganisations, portfolio transfers and other transactions including trade sales and demutualisations.
Who we're looking for
Our client currently has opportunities for dynamic insurance lawyers, seeking a favourable work life balance, with experience from reputable London or Dublin based firms in non-contentious insurance regulation, M&A and other transaction work.
