Our client'sEstates & Private Property Team are looking for a solicitor to look after all aspects of property law relating to rural estates, and will also include some commercial property. Typical duties will include: Freehold and leasehold rural property conveyancing, dealing with leases and advising in relation to residential agricultural and commercial security of tenure arising on rural estates, dealing with mineral interests and all other interests arising in relation to a rural estates. A strongteam player is essential, with an ability to deal with people and act calmly under pressure.

Who we're looking for
You will be expected to quickly become an integral part of an established and highly regarded team and should have relevant experience of property work. Particular experience in the rural estates field is not essential, although some exposure to it is desirable.
