Project Manager

Town Centre Regeneration

Oxfordshire

Permanent ⁄ £40000 - £50000

You will be responsible for the management of a £35m town centre regeneration scheme within the Oxford area. The scheme will involve commercial, retail, leisure, residential and government buildings. There will be a mixture of demolition, new-build, refurbishment and associated infrastructure works to manage. You will be responsible for managing the project programme, budget and health & safety.

Who we're looking for
You will be working for a main contractor with experience of working on projects of similar value. You will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and to budget.You will currently be working either as a Project Manager or as a Senior Site Manager acting in a position of overall responsibility for a project.

My client is a leading main contractor operating across many sectors. They have a reputation for quality and customer service with a nationwide remit covering projects from £2m to £200m.
