To focus on general oil & gas projects and assist with energy projects in the global energy team of the number one ranked energy practice in the world.

Who we're looking for
Candidate with experience in some or all of the below
• Acting for borrowers or lenders in the project financing of large scale energy or infrastructure projects (PPP or PFI experience is relevant);
• Drafting and negotiating loan facility and related agreements (common terms agreements, direct agreements, account agreements, credit support, swaps and security documents);
• Familiarity with multilateral or ECA agency involvement in project financing; and
• Preparing risk analyses covering project agreements and familiarity with major supply and off-take contracts.

It is recognised that candidates may have experience in some but not all of the above areas and the degree of experience will vary, but a familiarity with the majority of the areas mentioned would be required.
