Our international client is looking to recruit a Private Equity lawyer for their Bahrain office. The role will focus on complex private equity investment transactions. This role will be a key member of the team and will be required to lead on a range of high value transactions, including areas such as infrastructure and telecoms funds. This is a new role, intended to enhance and build upon the capabilities of a fast growing practice.

You should have solid transactional background combined with impeccable academics.
