This role is for a Marketing Manager whose main responsibilities will be:
Investments retention - a key focus is retention of maturing products, including our Safety Plus Growth Plan. Your responsibilities will be to lead the project end to end from proposing the retention strategy, obtaining stakeholder approval, delivering the strategy and ensuring targets are met.
Direct Offer - direct offer sales are made primarily by the sales force in branches. Your aim will be to ensure they are sufficiently aware of and understand key activities through having the support they need to meet their sales targets. You will look to get regular feedback from the sales network and ensure improvements are made using this insight.
Campaigns/product and strategic development - you will also get involved in wider Savings and Investments team initiatives from time to time.
Who we're looking for
To be successful as Marketing Manager for Investments, you will have:
• Degree level education and Marketing Qualification with marketing experience, preferably in a product marketing role with provenunderstanding of process improvement and strong communications delivery.
• Knowledge of the Financial Services market would be highly desirable (but detailed knowledge of Savings or Investments not required).
• Strong numerical and analysis skills are imperative.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure, often to very tight timescales. Being well organised and able to meet deadlines consistently.
• A strong self starter who is able to work without constant supervision and guidance.
