This is a pivotal role where you will be report to the General Manager. You will manage a team of transport staff at two operations across the East Midlands. In addition to this, you will take a key role in maintaining a high level of customer service for one of their major customers. Working towards continuous improvement you will implement new procedures and look at contract strategy. You will also been involved with reporting and KPI's.

Who we're looking for
We are ideally seeking those candidates who have a strong background in transport with proven leadership skills. You will also been used to working to a high level of customer service within an organisation.
