This newly created HR Business Partner position has arisen due to the continued success of this leading Retail business. Reporting to a Senior BP at the same location, this role is a unique blend of operational team management and strategic business partnering. With 4 direct reports you will oversee a successful and thriving team as it provides a thoroughly professional service for the customer-service focussed workforce. Furthermore, you will be a key member of the senior management team, driving the strategic direction of the business.

Who we're looking for
This role requires:
• Experience of operational HR management at a senior level and of business partnering in a blue chip business;
• Appreciation of the machinations a fiercely customer-focussed retail brand;
• Strong credibility and relationship building skills;
• Strong management skills.
