You will join a team that draws on almost a century of worldwide leadership in the energy sector and assists clients with the increasingly complex issues emerging in this rapidly changing industry.
They have provided legal services for more than 1,900 energy industry transactions, arbitrations, lawsuits, and regulatory proceedings collectively involving more than $165 billion in 2005.
You will participate in a broad array of power and non-power projects throughout the world, including projects involving refineries, petrochemical plants, oil, natural gas and products pipelines, LNG and LPG facilities, telecommunications, roads, water systems, and other infrastructure. In addition, you will represent developers, lenders (governmental and private), governments, and advisors and have worked on numerous RFPs, privatizations, and greenfield projects.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidates will be from a top tier UK or US firm in London with excellent academics and project finance or energy experience.
