Our client requires a solicitor to join their Outsourcing, Technology & Commercial Group based in either the Glasgow or Edinburgh office. The dedicated IT disputes team works with IT, telecoms suppliers and users in the resolution of IT and telecoms issues in both the public and private sectors.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have ideally gained a grounding, from their traineeship, in IT, ecommerce and online dispute work ideally coupled with exposure of Sheriff Court and Court of Session litigation. The successful candidates will work closely with our media and information law team.

Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
