As Facilities Manager - Hard Services you will be responsible for managing the service delivery to the client through building an excellent relationship with the client and suppliers based on consistent and quality service delivery. You will also be responsible for management of day to day operational FM activities taking place across the portfolio, with particular emphasis on Data Centre management and engineering support, together with managing the associated business risk across the portfolio.
This is a Total FM account with responsibility for: Security, Building Fabric Maintenance, Engineering Maintenance, Access Control Systems, Cleaning services, Waste and recycling, Archive Administration, Landlord Liaison, Rating Reviews etc.

Who we're looking for
To be successful and considered for this Facilities Manager - Hard Services position in Cambridge, you will need to demonstrate:
Proven FM delivery experience and proven experience of M & E service delivery
Experience at interfacing at all levels throughout the organisation and service providers
Track record of cost and budget management
Client relationship management
Monthly reporting to client
Landlord Liaison
Management of third party contract and budget control
Excellent IT skills - excel spreadsheets, word and PowerPoint
QUALIFICATIONS

Desirable qualifications
BIFM
NEBOSH
Degree/HND or equivalent
QMS (ISO 9001:2002)
