The role involves supporting a current HR team through a period of change. Responsibilities will include supporting through redeployment, interviewing as well as a range of case work.
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will have a generalist background and ideally be CIPD qualified. Change Management experience is highly desirable.

Our client are a large public sector organisation with various sites across Hertfordshire and flexibility with regard to part time hours.
