This is a real hands on role and daily duties include support the Managing Director
Copy typing of letters, memo's, reports an faxes
Updating and amending Excel spreadsheets
Sending e-mails
Writing reports
Digital photocopying and scanning
Answering the phone, taking messages and screening calls
Arranging travel and hotel accommodation
Diary management
Arranging meetings
Administrative and secretarial support where required.
Who we're looking for
Good knowledge of Word for Windows
Good Excel skills as will be required to create new spreadsheets and input formula's etc.
Good copy typing skills
Shorthand/speedwriting preferred but not essential
Proactive approach, not a clock watcher, able to multi-task
Happy to work in a small team (5 staff in the office)
Able to work in a very busy/pressurised environment
Team Player
