We believe that the role of a Store Manager in our business is one of the most exciting and challenging roles in retail. The knowledge, insight, vision and drive required to be successful at this level means that your views will be heard and acted upon at the highest level. Responsible for around 250 employees and a sales turnover of up to £30 million you will manage every aspect of the commercial, financial and operational running of your own store, while exceeding sales and profit targets by driving customer service and employee satisfaction initiatives.

Who we're looking for
First and foremost, you will have the passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Together with a proven ability in retail management and the ability to handle many tasks at once, you'll have the confidence and knowledge to motivate and inspire your team. Above all, you will be a business manager with the intellect to formulate a strategy and the drive and tenacity to see it through.
