My client, a specialist BTL agency are looking to recruit a Client Services Director on a permanent basis.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Operations Director / Client Services Directoron a permanent basis.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• lead and direct the operational departments; designing solutions for clients and delivering and exceeding service levels
• Strategic planning for internal company expansion and externally customers business
• Supporting the sales team in pitches
• Staff management, training and monitoring
• Budget setting and management

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate will:
• have previous experience of developing and managing an agency
• have experience within BTL communications
