Reporting to the HR Director the HR Officer - Compensation & Benefits will be responsible providing compensation & benefits support across my client's International businesses.
Accountabilities will include:
• Payroll preparation for the UK, liaising with payroll provider.
• Prepare and maintain payroll and employee documentation
• Data analysis and report preparation
• Management of benefits programmes
• Consolidate reports on weekly statistics for attendance, sickness and holiday accruals
• Maintain employee database
• SOX compliance
Who we're looking for
To be successful in the role of HR Officer- Compensation & Benefits candidates must be able to demonstrate the following key attributes:
• Preferably CIPD qualified
• Numerate with good analytical skills and a high attention to detail
• IT Literate, advanced Excel user
• SOX compliant payroll administration including experience of Radford salary data
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Proven track record in compensation & benefits administration
