Our client, based in Surrey is seeking a Graduate Recruitment Officer to complete the following duties:
• Responsible for keeping an up-to-date and comprehensive database of key contacts at target universities in the UK and Europe.
• Responsible for booking and coordinating all Graduate Recruitment Campus Events and all associated administration.
• Screening of online applications alongside Graduate Recruitment Manager.
• Manage relationship with all candidates through recruitment process and help ensure a smooth offer process.

Who we're looking for
The successful Graduate Recruitment Officer will posses the following qualities:
• Experience of Graduate Recruitment within the Financial Services sector is advantageous.
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ideally previous experience of competency interviewing.
