You'll be leading an established recruitment team at an exciting time as projects are underway to streamline the service, implement a total e-recruitment solution and deliver a customer-focused service which is results orientated and cost effective. You will be joining a successful team and we will be looking for you to take it to the next level.
Who we're looking for
Ideally, you will:
• Be CIPD qualified or have equivalent experience
• Have a solid track record in delivering a high-volume recruitment service to managers at all levels and managing staff to achieve performance improvements.
• Have strong people management experience
• Have experience of facilitating a review of preferred suppliers and managing the service agreements of suppliers
• Be confident managing a budget and securing value for money from a recruitment budget
• Have a broad range of experience in resourcing campaigns, particularly within hard-to-fill roles, and in recruiting a diverse workforce
•Be confidentdeveloping and sustaining working relationships within the business
• Have knowledge of current employment law and good practice in relation to recruitment activity
• Be able to produce statistical information
