Our client requires an experienced Recruiter to provide operational recruitment support for the technology group who is mainly based in Sydney.The individual will cover all aspects of the recruitment life cycle. This role requires a proven ability to deal withinternal clients and external providersin Sydney and across a variety of countries and locations. The person required will need to be flexibleand able to deal with high recruitment volumes and being able to deal with a heavy workload.
Who we're looking for
Extensive in house recruitment experience; within a highly pressurised (financial services or technology) environment; experience with international experience is preferable.
• Hands on recruitment experience of hiring up to senior level.
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of client urgency in delivery.
• Ability to demonstrate some technical knowledge of job function or discipline.
• Excellent inter-personal skills to integrate into an established team.
