Job Role
As Commercial Controller Europe & Export you will provide business support to the VP Sales Europe & Export, coordinate the activities of the Country Commercial Controllers, and assure proper analysis and control of the Export Business from the European Headquarters.
Your main activities will be:
- supervise the activities of the country commercial controllers
- prepare monthly business dashboard (Units, Income Statement, margin, Inv/Rec.)
- analyze budget and forecast in coordination with brand finance and sales teams
- measure and assess deal conditions, pricing actions and sales programs
- assure FCPA, SOX and control compliance in export markets
- support VP Sales for senior management reporting documents
- participate in S&OP calls to understand free demand and production allocation between brands to satisfy sales forecasts
- lead cross-brand analyses for trade-off decisions
- validating / analysing commercial information for CERs
Who we're looking for
- business degree (MBA-Master or equivalent)
- experience in an industrial company.
- transversal understanding of the business and skills to communicate with top management
- good communication and strong interrelationship skills in order to face a multi-country, multi-brand organization
- control compliance experience (including SOX, FCPA)
- thorough management reporting acumen (actual, budget and forecast cycles exposure)
- Excel and SAP knowledge a plus
- English working language, Russian (or other export markets languages) and German appreciated
- a willingness to travel 20-30%
- a person who has had expatriation experience is preferred
