The Construction Group advises, negotiates and drafts on a wide variety of construction projects in both the public and private sectors, particularly: bespoke building and engineering contracts; amendments to standard from agreements; all supplemental documentation; insurance contracts; health and safety regulations.
Who we're looking for
• Good academic background.
• From a City firm with exposure to a wide range of contentious and non contentious Construction matters
• Experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of building/engineering contracts
• Experience providing advice on warranties, guarantees and appointment documentation.
• Proven ability to deal with clients directly on a day to day basis
• A willingness to assume responsibility and take a pro-active and commercial approach to issues
• Able to show initiative and work to tight deadlines
• A real interest in marketing and the ability to foster long-term client relationships
